Official Language/Interpretation Services
The official language of the ICF Hogan ’Future of Coaching in Organizations’ 2018 is English, and all materials will be provided in English. Interpretation services are not available.
This is a business meeting and there are no activities or events planned where spouses/guests may participate.
Attendees are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents to enter Hungary. Upon request, ICF will provide an official letter as backup to a visa application. After registering for ICF Hogan ’Future of Coaching in Organizations’ 2018, send the request to email@example.com

The organizers of the event are not in charge of arranging accommodations or hotels to the participants. To find

Transfers/Substitutions of Registration
Requests for substitutions must be made by April 1, 2018 via a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org . Any penalties or fees incurred for re-booking travel, etc., are the responsibility of the individual and are not reimbursable by ICF.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Unsponsored (Paying) Attendees
- Cancellations must be received in writing by April 1, 2018 to be considered for a full refund, minus a €50 EUR administrative fee.
- Cancellations received in writing after April 1, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.
- If canceling for medical reasons, please submit a doctor’s note of explanation along with your request in writing. ICF will refund the full registration fee minus a €50 EUR administrative fee.
- No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.
Proprietary Rights of ICF
By registering for the ICF Hogan ’Future of Coaching in Organizations’ 2018 you acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available by the International Coach Federation ("ICF") at ICF's events or in ICF’s literary or digital works are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by ICF, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Reproduction, copying, creation of derivative works, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements of ICF’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of ICF. Permission is granted in ICF’s sole discretion.
By attending the ICF Hogan ’Future of Coaching in Organizations’ 2018, you consent that your likeness, captured by photo or video, can be used by ICF for promotional purposes in print, video and online, without notice.
For reasons beyond the control of ICF it may be necessary to change program content, speakers and/or time blocks. ICF is not liable for any changes.
Code of Conduct
Event participants are expected to behave professionally. Obscene language, abusive or threatening behavior directed to any other conference attendee, speaker, ICF staff or building personnel is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be tolerated.
Sale or Public Display of Merchandise
Sale or public display of any merchandise or products at any location, other than that which has been specifically permitted by ICF, is prohibited at the in-person venue. Violators will be subject to cancellation of their room reservations and revocation of their event participation. The violating coach's ICF Membership will also be formally reviewed by the ICF Board of Directors. This policy will be strictly enforced against violators by both the hotel and ICF.
Sharing of Information
By registering for this event you agree to allow ICF to share your contact information with event sponsors, and your details will be retained in the ICF database.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Please respect your colleagues and speakers. All cell phones and pagers ringer/sound must be turned off during in-person educational sessions and meetings.
Keynote speakers alone are responsible for the content of their respective program, presentations and/or handouts which are offered for informational purposes only. The views and opinions expressed in keynote sessions are not necessarily those of ICF and are not endorsed by ICF. ICF disclaims any and all legal liability or responsibility for the content expressed in the sessions or materials distributed as a part of the session.
Damages and Liability
ICF accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage to the attendee’s property or injury or death to the attendee’s employees, agents or representatives arising from or in connection with the in-person event or video broadcast participation.
Failure to Perform
ICF shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the organization, its employees, agents or representatives which shall include, but is not limited to, the following Acts of God: fire, flood, explosion, accident, civil disturbance or emergency or periods of armed conflict.
